Shipping details
To ensure we get your purchases to you safely, we calculate shipping rates by weight at checkout.
Small and light packages: flat rate fee of $9.00 per package.
Bulky or heavier packages: flat rate fee of $14.00 per package.
Orders over $150.00 qualify for free shipping.
Orders are usually dispatched from Melbourne within 2 business days.
Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Deliveries may be paused when we are traveling in Japan sourcing products- customers will be notified on our website.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at hello@mitsuyahome.com.au.
International shipping is not currently available however if you are interested in our products from outside of Australia please get in touch.
Packaging
Fragile items are packed carefully using protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. We recommend recycling any plastic packaging in your local supermarket plastics recovery bins.
Delivery Issues and Transit Damage
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes and handling are managed by Australia Post. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence of the packaging and damage.
We will assist you with the claims process and provide required documentation. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
